Fit
Our &Breathe trainers craft the right workout for for all our guests with one-to-one consultations at the start of the week. We focus on safe strength-building, rehabilitation, good form and functional fitness. Whatever your level, you’ll leave the week feeling better than ever. Dads get plenty of fitness too!
Food
We’ll show you how you can eat healthily but with delicious food, and more importantly how you can keep on track when you get home, via &Breathe recipes. We realise you’re on holiday too, so there is room for a glass of wine and a slice or three of French cheese!
Feel
Self-care is the name of the game at &Breathe. Plus no judgement. Parenting is hard enough. Make new friends, spend time with your family and enjoy time for yourself. We give you date nights, childcare, massages, mindfulness and above all the space to breathe…
